Concurso MP-SP 2015: Novas Oportunidades para Profissionais de Direito
O Ministério Público do Estado de São Paulo está seeking for professionals to fill 107 vacant positions for the roles of Assistente Jurídico and Analista de Promotoria. These professionals will be responsible for aiding in hearings, promoting meetings and sessions when necessary, verifying the progress of processes, evaluating extrajudicial activities related to the Member of the Public Ministry, among other tasks.
Requisitos para Participar do Concurso
To participate in the contest, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Law and a minimum of 40 hours of work per week. The selection process will consist of a objective test, a written test and a discursive evaluation. The objective test will take place on June 21st, 2015, in various locations throughout the state of São Paulo.
Funções e Responsabilidades
As Assistente Jurídico and Analista de Promotoria, the selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Aiding in hearings
- Promoting meetings and sessions when necessary
- Verifying the progress of processes
- Evaluating extrajudicial activities related to the Member of the Public Ministry
- Verifying the registration of judicial processes in the system
- Conducting police and civil investigations
- Assisting in administrative activities, following the guidance of the President of the Public Ministry
